This season at Casa Oaxaca El Restaurante, you’ll find a menu we’ve designed inspired by local ingredients, regional herbs, fruity notes, and subtle floral aromas.

Over the years, we’ve instilled in our entire team a commitment to the land and best practices to achieve the intense and uniquely authentic flavors you’ll find in every ingredient that brings our dishes to life. All the vegetables and sprouts we use come from our Portozuelo garden, where we cultivate our land, raise free-range farm animals, and produce responsible compost.

Local Fair Consumption
All the dried chiles, corn, insects, seeds, and endemic ingredients we use are sourced directly from local producers in nearby communities and various mercados throughout Oaxaca.
